I got off of refined sugar and all processed foods and lost 20 pounds in a month with no exercise or change in physical behavior. I'm with Robin--hummus RULES!! Put it on a fork!! ;) Any bread will work, really.

hummus on bell peppers and cucumbers! that's so great! also, on sliced tomatoes. Yum.
Get water crackers instead of pita. Or find a good recipe! It's super easy to make!
