I got off of refined sugar and all processed foods and lost 20 pounds in a month with no exercise or change in physical behavior. I'm with Robin–hummus RULES!! Put it on a fork!! Any bread will work, really.

Pita Hummus Ratio! xD
I know that hummus is good on certain veggies like carrots. I usually get the garlicky kind and use it on toasted tomato lettuce sandwiches.
You can also water down the hummus a little bit and use it as a salad dressing.
Videos are cool. A couple more and you'll be less conscious, nice start

hummus on bell peppers and cucumbers! that's so great! also, on sliced tomatoes. Yum.
Get water crackers instead of pita. Or find a good recipe! It's super easy to make!
That salad dressing idea is intriguing. Perhaps use lemon juice for that?
